I am a big Pinto Bean and Cornbread fan! I found a new corn bread recipe that I had to try. This recipe makes a moist, almost cake-like, cornbread. Next time I think that I will add some shredded cheese to it!!!!!
1 (8 oz) box Jiffy Cornbread mix
2 eggs
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Preheat oven to 350. Stir all ingredients together and place in an 8 x 8 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 30 - 35 minutes.
