Lucy and her boys.Babies are happening here on Poverty Knob. Lucy decided to kid on Sat. evening 2/12/2011. She had a set of triplets with no trouble. The problem was, I wasn't here! I was calling a benefit auction for the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.
Jamie handled the situation with ease. She was checking on Lucy every 30 minutes and still missed the birthing.
Goats can be sneaky!
Luckily the weather was warm and in the end everything turned out fine.
