As far as I am concerned there are only 2 good things about snow.
1. It brings moisture. (We need the moisture)
2. It makes great Ice Cream.
Poverty Knob Snow Ice Cream
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 Cup Fresh Goat Milk (You can use store bought milk, but it just isn't as good)
1 Tablespoon Vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
Fresh "Clean" Snow
Mix together all ingredients except the snow. Once mixed start mixing in snow until you get the consistency you want.
